To schedule an autism and/or ADHD assessment at Psyc Assess, please use our online booking system below. You’ll be able to:

Select your assessment type (Autism, ADHD, or Combined)
Choose a date and time
Enter your contact and referral information

Prepare for Online Booking

Before you start the online booking process, it’s helpful to have the following information ready:

Your full name and contact details
Which assessment you are booking (Autism, ADHD, or Combined)
Your GP referral or clinician details (if available)
Preferred appointment dates and times

After You Book

Once your booking is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps. Pre-assessment questionnaires and consent forms may be sent before your assessment session.
