Starting an assessment can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or anxious. Our aim is to make the process clear, supportive, and tailored to you.
We take the time to build a thorough understanding of your experiences, looking at both your current concerns and your developmental history. This helps us form a well-rounded picture, rather than relying on any single test or moment in time. We use evidence-based tools alongside clinical expertise to ensure the assessment is careful, accurate, and meaningful. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a detailed report, along with a feedback session where we talk everything through together and discuss practical next steps.
